By accessing and using the Email2go website and application ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) from Email2go for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit viruses or any other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to register an account using false information or on behalf of another person without authorization.

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

When you integrate third-party services (Google, Groq) with Email2go:

• You are responsible for the security of your API keys
• You must comply with the terms of service of third-party providers
• Email2go encrypts and securely stores your API keys
• You are solely responsible for charges incurred through third-party services
• Email2go is not liable for service interruptions from third-party providers

5. Google Drive Integration

When you authorize Email2go to access your Google Drive:

• You grant us permission to read and import email template files
• We only access files necessary for template generation
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings
• Data accessed is subject to our Privacy Policy

6. AI-Generated Content

Email templates generated by Email2go using AI models:

• Are provided "as-is" without warranties of accuracy or originality
• May require modification before use in production
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content
• You retain ownership of content you create and export

7. Limitation of Liability

Email2go's total liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid by the user for the Service in the past 12 months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. Email2go makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. User Content

You retain all rights to content you create, upload, or import into Email2go. By using the Service:

• You grant Email2go a license to process and store your content
• You represent that you own or have rights to all content you provide
• You agree not to upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights

10. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Email2go for:

• Spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Phishing or fraudulent activities
• Illegal activities or violating any laws
• Intellectual property infringement
• Malware distribution or security attacks
• Competitive intelligence or unauthorized scraping

11. Modification of Service

Email2go reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice. We will not be liable if the Service becomes unavailable for any reason.

12. Termination

Email2go may terminate your account and access to the Service if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• You remain liable for charges incurred prior to termination
• We may delete your account data after a grace period

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Email2go is operated, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

14. Changes to Terms

Email2go reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
